54 Use of spans
(1) Subject to subregulation (2) , the master of a vessel, when passing under the Bridge, must use the navigation span wherever practicable.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 30 penalty units.
(2) The master of a recreational vessel, when passing under the Bridge by day, must use a span other than the navigation span wherever practicable.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 30 penalty units.
