39 Vessels not exceeding 15 metres in length and recreational vessels
Unless otherwise authorised by MAST or VTS, a person who is the master of a commercial vessel not exceeding 15 metres in length overall, or a recreational vessel, must not cause or allow the vessel to pass under the Bridge through any of the apertures referred to in regulation 40 or 41 .
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
