Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends the Marine and Safety (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2017, comes into force on 1 July 2023, and its changes have been incorporated into the authorised 2017 version (regs 1–4). It affects people and businesses subject to marine and safety infringement notices by altering the subordinate regulation text; decision‑making and enforcement remain governed by the principal regulations administered by the Department of State Growth. The amendment text shown here does not itself set out the substantive obligations, penalties, or fees (reg 4).
