5 Jurisdiction of Authority

The Authority has jurisdiction in and over –

(a) the waters of all inland lakes, rivers and streams; and

(b) coastal waters; and

(c) [Section 5 Amended by No. 31 of 2013, s. 36, Applied:02 Sep 2013] any vessel, other than a vessel within the meaning of the National Law; and

(ca) [Section 5 Amended by No. 31 of 2013, s. 36, Applied:02 Sep 2013] domestic commercial vessels in relation to any of the matters specified in section 6(2) of the National Law; and

(cb) [Section 5 Amended by No. 31 of 2013, s. 36, Applied:02 Sep 2013] any matters delegated to it by the National Regulator; and

(d) any marine facility under the control of the Authority.
