### 12 Repayment of improper profit > If a director or former director is found guilty of an offence under [section 11](#GS11@EN) , the Authority may recover in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to it – > > > > (a) any profit made by the director or another person as a result of the commission of the offence; and > > > > > (b) an amount equal to any loss and damage the Authority suffered as a result of the commission of the offence.
