22 Protection A person exercising a power or performing a function or duty conferred or imposed on the person by or under an Act, including this Act, or an instrument of a legislative or administrative character does not render the Territory or the person personally liable in respect of any matter or thing done, or contract entered into by the person if the matter or thing was done, or the contract was entered into, in good faith for the purpose of executing that Act or the instrument.
