216 Appeals not yet made to Local Court (a) a person had a right to appeal to the Local Court against a decision of the Director and the period for doing so had not expired; but (b) the person entitled to appeal had not done so. (2) The person may appeal to the Local Court on and after the commencement in accordance with the former Act, as if the amendments had not commenced. (3) The Local Court must hear and determine the appeal in accordance with the former Act, as if the amendments had not commenced.
