215 Appeals made to Local Court
(a) a person had lodged an appeal with the Local Court against a
decision of the Director; but
(b) the Local Court had not determined the appeal.
(2) The Local Court must hear, or continue to hear, and determine the
appeal in accordance with the former Act, as if the amendments
had not commenced.
