192 Continuing offences Where a person commits an offence by reason of a failure to comply with a provision of this Act or the Regulations, being a provision by or under which the person is required to do or to refrain from doing anything within or during a particular period or within or during a time after a prescribed event, that person commits an additional offence on each day on which the doing or the failure to do that thing continues, notwithstanding that the specified period or the period of time after the specified event has expired.
