151 Entry upon land Notwithstanding the Aboriginal Land Act 1978, where for the purposes of erection, inspection or maintenance of an aid, lamp or light, it is necessary for the Director or a person authorised by the Director to do so, the Director or person may enter upon any land and transport goods through or over the land.
