147 Establishment of aids (1) The Director may establish, maintain, operate, alter or remove an aid. (2) The Director may, by instrument in writing, authorise a person to carry out on the Director's behalf any work necessary for the exercise of the Director's powers and the performance of the Director's functions under subsection (1).
