144 Application of Part This Part applies in relation to an aid which is: (a) not the property of or under the control of: (i) the Commonwealth by virtue of the Lighthouses Act 1911 (Cth); or (ii) AMSA (the Australian Maritime Safety Authority established by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority Act 1990) under the Navigation Act 2012 (Cth); and (b) within Northern Territory waters or on land within the Territory.
