129 Application of Part This Part does not apply to or in relation to a commercial operation in which a vessel belonging to the Commonwealth or an instrumentality of the Commonwealth, a vessel used for the purposes of fishing operations as defined in section 3(1) of the Fisheries Act 1988 or a permit granted under that Act or a hire-and- drive vessel is operated.
