127 Offences by passengers (1) A passenger or other person on board a vessel who is not a seaman belonging to the vessel commits an offence if he or she: (a) engages in conduct; and (b) the conduct results in the obstruction of any part of the machinery, equipment or fittings of the vessel. (2) The master of a vessel may refuse to receive on board any person who, by reason of drunkenness or for any other cause, is in such a state, or conducts himself or herself in such a manner, as to cause annoyance or injury to other persons on board.
