121 Costs (1) A person conducting a formal investigation may make such order as the person thinks fit in relation to the costs of a party to the (2) Costs ordered under subsection (1) to be paid to a person are a debt due to that person by the person so ordered to pay them. (3) The Minister may pay any costs incurred by a person in relation to a formal investigation.
