Signage (business identification signs—generally)
(1) Must be no more than 1 sign per premises.
(2) Must relate to the lawful use of the premises.
(3) Must not cover vents or windows.
(4) Must not cause offence to a reasonable person.
(5) Must not be on walls facing or adjoining residential premises.
(6) Must not be an “A” frame sign.
(7) Must have the consent of the owner of the property on which the sign is located.
(8) Must be non-moving and not be flashing.
