43 Changes to be notified
(1) Where a person becomes an officer of a licensee, the licensee shall notify the Board in writing forthwith of the full name, address and occupation of the person and of his qualifications and previous experience relevant to the effective management of the licensee. (2) Where a person ceases to be an officer of a licensee, the licensee shall notify the Board in writing forthwith.
