98A Plans to be published on the Internet
The Secretary must publish on the Department's Internet site—
S. 98A(a) amended by No. 48/2024 s. 12.
(a) a plan comprising the area or areas of land designated under an Order under section 95(2); and
(b) a plan comprising a variation to a project area under an Order under section 96(3); and
(c) consolidated plans of a project area approved under an Order under section 97(1)—
as soon as practicable after the relevant Order is published in the Government Gazette.
