87 Modification of the application of the Flora and Fauna Guarantee Act 1988

S. 87(1) amended by No. 28/2019 s. 51(1).

(1) This section applies if the Planning Minister must make an approval decision that relates to the granting of a permit under section 35 of the Flora and Fauna Guarantee Act 1988.

(2) The project proponent is taken to be a landholder to which section 35 of that Act applies for the purpose of the Planning Minister making the approval decision.
