81 Time within which approval decision must be made

S. 81(1) amended by No. 49/2013 s. 42.

(1) The Planning Minister must make an approval decision within 20 business days after receiving, as the case requires—

(a) the impact management plan; or

(b) the assessment committee recommendation.
