41 Submission of comprehensive impact statement to Secretary
(1) On completing a comprehensive impact statement for a declared project, the project proponent for that project must—
S. 41(1)(a) amended by No. 49/2013 s. 24(2).
(a) submit the comprehensive impact statement to the Secretary for review under section 42; and
S. 41(1)(b) amended by No. 49/2013 s. 24(2).
(b) pay to the Secretary the application fee.
S. 41(2) repealed by No. 49/2013 s. 24(3).
