186E Notification of exercise of road powers relating to temporary deviations

S. 186E(1) amended by No. 48/2024 s. 30(2)(a).

(1) A project authority must publish in the Government Gazette notice of the doing of either or both of the following under section 186D by the project authority—

(a) the temporary deviation of a road;

(b) the temporary diversion of traffic onto a temporary roadway or a temporarily deviated road.

S. 186E(1)(c) repealed by No. 48/2024 s. 30(2)(c).

(2) A notice under subsection (1) must specify the date on which, as the case requires—

(a) the temporary deviation of the road commences; or

S. 186E(2)(b) amended by No. 48/2024 s. 30(3)(a).

(b) the temporary diversion of traffic onto a temporary roadway or a temporarily deviated road commences.

S. 186E(2)(c) repealed by No. 48/2024 s. 30(3)(b).

(3) The date specified under a notice under subsection (1) must not be earlier than the date on which the notice is published in the Government Gazette.
