S. 180(1) amended by No. 43/2021 s. 199.
(1) A Project Minister may determine that certain project land is not required for an approved project and is surplus land if the Project Minister considers it is no longer necessary that the land be used or managed as project land.
(2) The Project Minister must publish a copy of a determination under this section in the Government Gazette.
S. 180(2A) inserted by No. 49/2013 s. 69(8).
(2A) A determination under this section is not a legislative instrument within the meaning of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.
(3) This section does not apply to leased land or licensed land.
