152 Project authority must try to obtain agreement

(1) A project authority must diligently endeavour to obtain agreement with the person in occupation of project land (the occupier) as to the terms on which the project authority will enter into possession of the land.

S. 152(2) inserted by No. 43/2021 s. 178.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to the entry into possession of underground land only.
