123 Transfer of building or structure as compensation
With the agreement of the person entitled to compensation under this Division for the acquisition of land, a project authority may transfer a building or structure from project land or from land owned by the project authority or by that person to other land owned by that person in full or in part settlement of any compensation that the project authority is liable to pay.
