122 Modification of Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986—regulations
Subject to section 113A, the regulations in force from time to time under the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986 and the forms prescribed under those regulations apply in relation to the operation of this Division with such modifications as are necessary to give effect to this Division.
