116 Acquisition of easement—easement in gross
If a project authority acquires any right in the nature of an easement or purporting to be an easement under section 112 or Division 1AA, that right must be taken to be an easement even though there is no land vested in the project authority or the Crown that is benefited by or capable of being benefited by that right.
