105 Delegation—to the project contractor

S. 105(1) substituted by No. 48/2024 s. 14(1).

(1) A project authority, by instrument, may delegate to a project contractor—

(a) a road function; or

(b) a utilities interface function, power or duty.

S. 105(2) amended by Nos 49/2013 s. 51, 48/2024 s. 14(2).

(2) If a project authority delegates a function under this section, the authority must cause a notice of the delegation to be published on the Department's Internet site.

S. 105(3) repealed by No. 48/2024 s. 14(3).
