sec.6 Prescribed event for particular restrictions on advertising— Act , s 30D

For section 30D of the Act , definition prescribed event , paragraphs (a) , (b) and (c) , the matters prescribed are that the major sports facility event— is an event for which entry tickets are issued; and is organised, scheduled or endorsed by a national or international body stated in schedule 3 , column 1; and is held at a major sports facility stated opposite the national or international body in schedule 3 , column 2.

• (a) is an event for which entry tickets are issued; and
• (b) is organised, scheduled or endorsed by a national or international body stated in schedule 3 , column 1; and
• (c) is held at a major sports facility stated opposite the national or international body in schedule 3 , column 2.
