sec.10 Conditions on use of Brisbane Stadium (Lang Park)—stage and seating plan
This section applies if— before the commencement, a stage and seating plan was prepared and given to the chief executive under the repealed regulation, schedule 2, section 5; and immediately before the commencement, the stage and seating plan was still in effect. From the commencement, the stage and seating plan is taken to be a stage and seating plan— prepared under new schedule 2, section 8(2); and given to the chief executive under new schedule 2, section 8(3). (sec.10-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a stage and seating plan was prepared and given to the chief executive under the repealed regulation, schedule 2, section 5; and immediately before the commencement, the stage and seating plan was still in effect. (sec.10-ssec.2) From the commencement, the stage and seating plan is taken to be a stage and seating plan— prepared under new schedule 2, section 8(2); and given to the chief executive under new schedule 2, section 8(3).
- (a) before the commencement, a stage and seating plan was prepared and given to the chief executive under the repealed regulation, schedule 2, section 5; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the stage and seating plan was still in effect.
