sch.2-sec.2 Authority to ensure plans for special events are prepared and given to chief executive
The Authority must ensure the operator has prepared the following plans for the use of the major sports facility for special events— a transport management plan, as amended from time to time under section 5 ; an operational management plan, as amended from time to time under section 5 . The Authority must ensure the operator— has given the chief executive a copy of each plan mentioned in subsection (1) ; and if a plan is amended under section 5 —has complied with section 5 (4) in relation to the amendment. (sch.2-sec.2-ssec.1) The Authority must ensure the operator has prepared the following plans for the use of the major sports facility for special events— a transport management plan, as amended from time to time under section 5 ; an operational management plan, as amended from time to time under section 5 . (sch.2-sec.2-ssec.2) The Authority must ensure the operator— has given the chief executive a copy of each plan mentioned in subsection (1) ; and if a plan is amended under section 5 —has complied with section 5 (4) in relation to the amendment.
