sec.69 Particular rights and interests continue
This Act does not affect— any membership rights that a person had to the Brisbane Cricket Ground immediately before the repeal; and subject to section 66(2), any interest that a person had in the property of the former authority immediately before the repeal.
- (a) any membership rights that a person had to the Brisbane Cricket Ground immediately before the repeal; and
