sec.33 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. A regulation may provide for all matters necessary for the implementation of a declaration, or the revocation of a declaration, of a major sports facility. (sec.33-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
