sec.32 Conduct on facility land
A person must not— be disorderly or create a disturbance on facility land; or without the Authority’s approval, enter on the part of facility land usually used by persons engaged in sport or entertainment; or interfere with a person engaged in sport or entertainment on facility land. Maximum penalty— for paragraph (a) —20 penalty units; for paragraph (b) —40 penalty units; for paragraph (c) —80 penalty units. s 32 amd 2005 No. 6 s 8 ; 2006 No. 53 s 4

- (b) without the Authority’s approval, enter on the part of facility land usually used by persons engaged in sport or entertainment; or
- (c) interfere with a person engaged in sport or entertainment on facility land.
