sec.30 Delegations
The Authority may delegate its powers under this Act to— a director; or an appropriately qualified employee of the Authority. In this section— appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power. an employee’s seniority level within the staff of the Authority s 30 amd 2007 No. 20 s 30 ; 2016 No. 56 s 20 (sec.30-ssec.1) The Authority may delegate its powers under this Act to— a director; or an appropriately qualified employee of the Authority. (sec.30-ssec.2) In this section— appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power. an employee’s seniority level within the staff of the Authority
- (a) a director; or
- (b) an appropriately qualified employee of the Authority.
