sec.28 Judicial notice of certain signatures
Judicial notice must be taken of— the official signature of a person who is or has been the chairperson or deputy chairperson; and the fact that the person holds or has held the office concerned. s 28 amd 2026 No. 3 s 27
- (a) the official signature of a person who is or has been the chairperson or deputy chairperson; and
- (b) the fact that the person holds or has held the office concerned.
