sec.26 Application of other Acts
The Authority is a statutory body within the meaning of the— Financial Accountability Act 2009 ; and Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 . The Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 , part 2B , sets out the way in which the Authority’s powers under this Act are affected by the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 . s 26 amd 2009 No. 9 s 136 sch 1 (sec.26-ssec.1) The Authority is a statutory body within the meaning of the— Financial Accountability Act 2009 ; and Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 . (sec.26-ssec.2) The Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 , part 2B , sets out the way in which the Authority’s powers under this Act are affected by the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 .
