sec.21 Presiding at board meetings
The chairperson is to preside at all board meetings at which the chairperson is present. If the chairperson is not present at a board meeting, the deputy chairperson is to preside if present. If the chairperson and deputy chairperson are not present at a board meeting, the director chosen by the directors present is to preside. s 21 sub 2026 No. 3 s 25 (sec.21-ssec.1) The chairperson is to preside at all board meetings at which the chairperson is present.
