sec.19 Times and places of board meetings
Board meetings are to be held at least 9 times a year at the times and places the chairperson decides. However, the chairperson must call a board meeting if asked, in writing, to do so by at least the number of directors forming a quorum for the board. s 19 amd 2005 No. 6 s 6 ; 2022 No. 26 s 9 ; 2026 No. 3 s 36 sch 1 (sec.19-ssec.1) Board meetings are to be held at least 9 times a year at the times and places the chairperson decides.
