sec.17AB Resignation
A director may resign office as chairperson, deputy chairperson or director by signed notice given to the Minister. The resignation takes effect— on the day the notice is given; or if a later day is stated in the notice—on the later day. s 17AB ins 2026 No. 3 s 22 (sec.17AB-ssec.1) A director may resign office as chairperson, deputy chairperson or director by signed notice given to the Minister.
