sec.16 Conditions of appointment
A director is appointed on a part-time basis. Directors are entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council. A director holds office on the terms not provided in this Act that are decided by the Governor in Council. s 16 amd 2026 No. 3 s 21 (sec.16-ssec.1) A director is appointed on a part-time basis.
