sec.11 Role of board
The board is responsible for the way in which the Authority performs its functions and exercises its powers. Without limiting subsection (1) , it is the board’s role— to decide the objectives, strategies and policies to be followed by the Authority; and to ensure that the Authority performs its functions in a proper, effective and efficient way. (sec.11-ssec.1) The board is responsible for the way in which the Authority performs its functions and exercises its powers.
