17 Persons involved in contravening section 16

For the purposes of this Act, a person is taken to have contravened section 16 if: (a) the person has attempted to contravene section 16; or (b) the person has aided, abetted, counselled or procured a person to contravene section 16; or (c) the person has induced, or attempted to induce, a person, whether by threats or promises or otherwise, to contravene section 16; or (d) the person has been in any way, directly or indirectly, knowingly concerned in, or party to, the contravention by a person of section 16; or (e) the person has conspired with others to contravene section 16.
