This order sets a 20‑day additional deadline for the Commission to grant or refuse permits for the North West Transmission Upgrades Project after the Commonwealth Department gives final advice on the Commission’s draft assessment report (s4). It revokes the 2021 Order and clarifies commencement and key definitions (ss2–3, 5). It therefore changes only the statutory decision timetable and who must act within it.
