sec.18 Limitation on particular authorised person’s powers
This section limits, for section 57 (2) of the Act , the powers of particular authorised persons for a motor racing event. The powers of an authorised person who is not a police officer do not include the powers stated in sections 25 , 54 , 63 and 65 of the Act . s 18 (prev s 12) amd 2015 SL No. 120 s 12 renum 2015 SL No. 120 s 14 (sec.18-ssec.1) This section limits, for section 57 (2) of the Act , the powers of particular authorised persons for a motor racing event. (sec.18-ssec.2) The powers of an authorised person who is not a police officer do not include the powers stated in sections 25 , 54 , 63 and 65 of the Act .
