sec.16 Display of poster prescribed prohibited conduct
For section 20 (6) (h) of the Act , displaying a poster on a property inside the major event area for a motor racing event, including on the outside of a building or structure, is prescribed. Subsection (1) does not apply to a poster displayed by a person if the poster— was displayed before the major event period for the motor racing event; and was displayed in the course of the person’s ordinary activities. s 16 (prev s 10H (orig s 9)) amd 2015 SL No. 120 s 8 (1) – (2) renum and reloc 2015 SL No. 120 s 8 (3) renum 2015 SL No. 120 s 14 (sec.16-ssec.1) For section 20 (6) (h) of the Act , displaying a poster on a property inside the major event area for a motor racing event, including on the outside of a building or structure, is prescribed. (sec.16-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a poster displayed by a person if the poster— was displayed before the major event period for the motor racing event; and was displayed in the course of the person’s ordinary activities.
