sec.15 Application of Act provisions to motor racing events
For sections 17 and 55 of the Act , the following provisions of the Act are prescribed, under section 12 (2) (d) of the Act , to apply to a motor racing event and the major event area for the major event period— sections 18 (1) to (4) , (6) , (7) and (9) , 19 to 28 , 31 , 36 and 40 ; part 6 . s 15 (prev s 10G (orig s 7)) amd 2015 SL No. 120 s 7 (1) – (2) renum and reloc 2015 SL No. 120 s 7 (3) renum 2015 SL No. 120 s 14 amd 2016 SL No. 163 s 7
