7 Offence to publish report of proceedings (1) Unless the Supreme Court orders otherwise, a person who publishes a report of a proceeding in respect of an application for a coercive powers order or any information derived from such a proceeding is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to level 6 imprisonment (5 years maximum). (2) The Supreme Court may make an order under subsection (1) if it considers it appropriate to do so. S. 8 amended by No. 72/2011 s. 25 (ILA s. 39B(1)).
