3A Application of Part 1A This Part applies if a person is required under this Act to give notice to the Public Interest Monitor of an application for— (a) a coercive powers order; or (b) an extension, variation or revocation of a coercive powers order. S. 3B inserted by No. 72/2011 s. 23.
