sec.5 Interpretation
Without limiting the operation of “ The Acts Interpretation Acts , 1954 to 1962,” in these Regulations, unless the context otherwise indicates or requires, the following terms have the meanings set against them respectively, that is to say:— “ Schedule ”—The Schedule to these Regulations; “ The Act ”—“ The Maintenance Act of 1965 .”
